Lemonade

FIRST THING IN THE MORNING

Lemon Water

I start my day with a class of lemon water to boost the immune system, cleanse the liver, regulate blood pressure,  prevent cancer by alkalizing my body, boost my mood and keep regular. Warm up fresh alkaline water (on stove, no microwave) and squeeze half of a fresh lemon. Drink immediately on an empty stomach.

ONE APPLE A DAY

To Keep The Doctor Away

I eat one organic apple every single day. Apples are one of the superfoods rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and phytonutrients to help reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer and heart disease.

Sweet Quinoa with Berries

Ingredients: 

1     cup of cooked organic quinoa

1/2  cup of mixed org. berries 

2     tbsp chopped walnuts

2     tbsp coconut flakes

3     tbsp wild org. honey

​

Place cooked quinoa on a plate. Garnish two thirds of the rim of the plate with mixed berries. Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. Drizzle with honey and serve either warm or cold.
